SBV, a market leader in cash-in-transit services was looking to digitise their business. Their existing execution did not align with the level of professionalism expected from a market leader, particularly from a customer experience perspective. Servicing the majority of large financial service providers, SBV needed assistance in crafting an experience that would maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsible for the UX/UI design, we developed a comprehensive service blueprint, optimised customer journeys, and created a full design system and interactive prototypes. Our work helped streamline case management, improve efficiency, and boost customer satisfaction across major financial institutions.

I was part of a team that conducted a design sprint to explore ideas on how the Shyft app could be improved and transformed to further enhance its value proposition. Over two weeks, we analysed competitor apps, interviewed active and past users to uncover pain points and preferences, and prototyped actionable solutions. I was responsible for the interface design and prototyping, ensuring clarity, usability, and feasibility within technical constraints.
